We are seeking a Staff Nurse to work in our Adult Residential Services in Longford/Westmeath. The successful candidate will make a lasting impression on people's lives while enhancing their clinical skills. Responsibilities include developing and implementing Person Centred Plans and Care Support Plans, communicating effectively with individuals and their families, and maintaining accurate records. Requirements include being on the live register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland, having excellent communication skills, and being flexible with the roster. The role involves working alone with vulnerable adults and being willing to work across all residents' homes in the area. We require staff members to be flexible and willing to work across all residents' homes, moving location as priorities change.
