Seeking a Clinical Leader PCLM to provide leadership and coordinate the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs, services, processes, and systems within the responsible area, ensuring quality, service, and satisfaction.

The Clinical Leader PCLM provides leadership and coordinates the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs, services, processes, and systems within the responsible area. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring quality, service, and satisfaction
- Coordinating continuum and process improvement
- Ensuring efficient utilization of resources and financial performance
- Meeting productivity standards
Requirements:
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Prior RN experience in related field
- Demonstrated leadership skills
