Job Description
Manufacturing Sterile Pharmaceuticals job requires expertise in sterile manufacturing, product reconciliation, equipment cleaning, and process monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Aseptic Filling, Drug Substance Formulation and Preparation activities
- Sterile Filling Product and component reconciliation
- Set up and breakdown of single use materials
- Materials handling, weighing, dispensing & formulation
- Sample collection, processing, storage, and delivery
- Equipment and parts cleaning using manual and automated methods and equipment
- Area and Line equipment cleans & clearances
- Operation and process monitoring of clean systems, autoclaves, and processing equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a GMP/regulated environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of GMP principles
- Ability to perform assignments with a high degree of focus/attention to detail
- Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks over the course of a shift
- Drug Product manufacturing experience an advantage
- Ability to assemble, disassemble, operate, and understand simple to moderately complex equipment per procedures
- Ability to work effectively in an individual and within a team environment
- Ability to accurately document process tasks in batch manufacturing records
- Coachable, ability to take coaching/critique and show learned/measurable improvement
- Capacity to follow written procedures, recognize and report malfunctions
- Strong communication skills
