Our mission is to democratise quality through widely accessible, well-made, durable products, designed to be used and loved for a long time.As Store Experience Manager, you will be the key player in creating a high level of customer service and a memorable experience for our customers. You will be responsible for leading and developing all departments in the store, including the café, and improving daily operations to achieve sales targets and budget. You will lead the store according to company and brand values, standards, policies, and routines, reporting to the Area Manager.Responsibilities:Lead and develop the store team, inspiring them to reach and exceed goals.Ensure quality and exceptional standards for merchandising, sales activities, store operations, campaigns, and stock levels.Continuously evaluate and follow up on customer service levels and sales KPIs.The role requires the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work to achieve goals. You will spend equal time on the store floor and in the back office. You should be proactive, able to drive initiatives forward, and confident in decision-making. You are communicative, team-oriented, and genuinely care about the best for your team.
