My client, based in Athlone, is a rapidly growing non-food retail chain that is seeking a service-driven Store Manager to join their dynamic team. They are seeking a manager with a proven track record of achieving high sales and KPIs while effectively leading, training, and developing a team of 10+ staff members. Responsibilities for this Store Manager job: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, meet KPIs, and increase overall profitability. Ensure the store's merchandising and presentation meet company standards. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and oversee deliveries. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Analyse sales data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement. Requirements for this Store Manager job: 3+ years of experience in a store management role, preferably in non-food, grocery, or general retail. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing KPIs. Experience with inventory management and cost control. Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours.
