Store Manager - Carrickmines Our client, a leading Irish home interiors retailer are seeking to recruit a Store Manager for their successful store located in Carrickmines, South Dublin. This is a well-established store with a strong knowledgeable team. I am looking to speak with retail managers who come with excellent people skills, customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales and KPI's. The ideal candidate for this role will have an interest and knowledge in home, interiors, and fabrics. *My client offers lovely working hours* Skills & Experience required for this job: 3-4 years retail store management experience. A working knowledge/interest in home interiors and soft furnishings. Strong commercial awareness. Excellent communication skills. Excellent people management skills A proven track record in driving sales and service Dedicated to offering 5* customer service Responsibilities of this job: Maximise overall store sales and profit performance. Motivate your team through personal enthusiasm, excellent personal standards, and team working. Manage the recruitment and development of staff and ongoing performance review. Ensure your store is commercial and operational at all times. Working closely with the VM team on visual standards. Analyse sales performance and react accordingly.
