Store Manager - Cliffs of Moher I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, operationally driven retail manager with 4+ years of experience managing a high-volume store in grocery, non-food, or hospitality sectors. You will be joining a renowned, award-winning retail chain known for its premium giftware, homewares, and jewellery, located at the Cliffs of Moher. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving revenue, achieving KPIs, and maintaining exceptional service standards in a high-footfall environment. Responsibilities as Store Manager include: Managing sales targets and KPIs while leading and motivating an experienced team. Handling large crowds and ensuring 5-star customer service. Training and developing the team on all aspects of the customer experience, including brand and product knowledge. Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store layout. Overseeing financial management, including P&L accountability. Skills and qualities required for this Store Manager role: 4+ years' experience managing a high-volume store in grocery, non-food, or hospitality sectors. Proven track record in driving retail KPIs and revenue. Experience in recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing and large team. Strong commercial awareness, with experience in visual merchandising and store presentation. Passion for retail, people managment and dricin revenue. Ability to manage large crowds is essential.
