Fashion Store Manager - South Dublin Our client is a well-known Fashion and Beauty retail chain with a reputation for their 5* customer service. They are currently expanding their brand so this role is a great opportunity for an experienced, driven and enthusiastic store manager. If you are a creative, enthusiastic, outgoing Store Manager with a strong commercial background this job will be perfect for you. Our client is known for their ladies, men's, and children's fashion, along with their large array of cosmetics and strong people-oriented culture. Key responsibilities of Store Manager job: Maximise store's profitability and drive KPI's by achieving sales targets and controlling costs. Ensure the in-store implementation of all company policies and procedures. Execute your plan with your team through excellent product knowledge and superior customer service. Inspire and develop your team to achieve their personal and professional goals. Manage and analyse departmental sales performance, and implement action plans as needed. Develop and maintain strong working relationships within your store, with head office personnel, and external business partners. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and align with the company plan. Oversee the management of store schedules to ensure costs are controlled and stay within budget. Skills and experience required for this role: 3-4+ years of fashion management experience Experience in managing a team of 15-20+ An inspirational leader with enthusiasm and a positive outlook. Previous experience in managing sales turnover of €3m+ Commercial and operational management experience is required.
