Key Responsibilities Maximise the profitability of your store by being strongly sales-focused, controlling costs and delivering on key performance indicators. Ensure a fantastic customer experience every day, based on core store standards i.e. Hygiene, cleanliness, and friendliness. Lead and motivate the store's team. Manage performance. Development and training of the store team. Ensure the implementation of all company policies and procedures in-store. Day-to-day management of store operations. Ensure the safety, health and welfare of the store. Skills & Experience Retail Management experience (5+ years), ideally in beauty or fashion Well-developed people skills. Experience in managing performance. Strong communication skills. Excellent work structuring and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Numerate.
