SPAR Glenageary requires a full-time Store Manager to join their amazing team.The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Store Manager, with the ability to run the entire store and oversee existing managers and staff.The successful candidate would be required to work mostly evenings from 2-10pm and weekends.Job RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess many of the below attributes:Proven ability in managing a retail sales team, including:Planning and organizingProblem-solvingManaging performanceExcellent operational knowledge of the retail environmentExcellent interpersonal relationsExcellent understanding of consumer needsProven track record in achieving agreed targetsFinancial skills with previous experience in budgets and profit and loss accountsWorking knowledge of employment, health & safety regulations, HACCP, and consumer legislationExcellent commercial acumen with the ability to anticipate and react to market changesCommitted to continually improving standardsSelf-motivatedThe ability to work in a pressurized environmentUse of initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr
