Team Leadership: Motivate, develop, and manage a team of staff, ensuring high performance across the store. Sales & Profitability: Drive sales through effective merchandising, stock control, and waste reduction while ensuring the store meets its financial targets. Customer Experience: Ensure customers receive an exceptional shopping experience, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively. Stock Control: Manage stock levels, conduct regular audits, and work closely with suppliers to ensure the right products are available at the right time. Financial Management: Oversee budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient financial operations in line with store targets. What We're Looking For: Grocery Management Experience: At least 3 years in a management position within the grocery sector. Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering top-quality customer service. Business-Minded: Strong understanding of retail financials, stock management, and sales growth strategies. Problem-Solver: Ability to think on your feet and make decisions quickly in a fast-moving environment. Desirable Skills: Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar management role within grocery retail. Knowledge of HACCP standards and compliance within a grocery environment.
