Great company with excellent trading hours! Responsibilities of this job include: Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated team to achieve sales targets and exceptional customer service. Oversee the day-to-day operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering advice and guidance on product range. Ensure the store meets and exceeds performance KPIs and sales goals. Deliver excellent customer service, fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Maintain a high standard of store appearance, with a focus on visual merchandising to highlight key product ranges. Experience required for this job: Previous retail management experience, ideally in a homeware, interiors, or soft furnishings environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
