Retail Store Manager - Home Interiors No late nights or sundays. Our Client is a premier luxury interior design, home accessories, and furniture brand, housed in the heart of South Dublin is seeking to recruit an experienced retail store manager to join the team. Renowned for offering exceptional customer service and unique product offerings, our client is searching for a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager with a genuine passion for interiors and homewares to lead our retail operations. Role Description: We are looking for an Experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. This role involves leading and developing an experienced retail team, ensuring top-tier customer experiences, and maintaining the highest standards in visual merchandising. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Experience: Drive weekly and monthly sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer service. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a knowledgeable and professional team, fostering a culture of excellence and respect. Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is always beautifully presented and on-brand, with all products correctly displayed and priced. Inventory Management: Coordinate with the warehouse, maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment. Financial & Operational Control: Manage till operations, daily banking, and cash handling procedures. Strategic Development: Provide feedback on sales trends, product placement, and competitor analysis to support business growth. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all staff comply with health and safety regulations, maintain appropriate records, and participate in statutory training. Customer Relations: Manage customer complaints, ensuring they are resolved professionally and reported to Senior Management. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Store Management experience, preferably in interiors/homewares or in a luxury setting. Passion for Interiors: A deep understanding and enthusiasm for homewares and interior design. Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Organisational Skills: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and delegation abilities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and good general PC skills. Flexibility: Available to work five days over six, including Saturdays (no late nights, public holidays, or Sundays, except in December).
