Store Manager - Homeware Interiors My client, a prestigious and well-known luxury interiors and homeware retailer, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their South Dublin branch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interiors or homewares, along with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for styling and detail. In this role, you will manage a small, dedicated team, take ownership of the store's visual presentation, and provide exceptional customer service to a discerning clientele. *My client offers lovely working hours* Skills Required: A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a luxury store, ideally within interiors, homeware, or premium brands. Strong visual merchandising skills with the ability to showcase your expertise. A genuine interest in home interiors is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and people management abilities. Responsibilities of this Store Manager's role: Lead and motivate a dedicated sales team to deliver 5-star customer service, ensuring a memorable shopping experience for every client. Drive and monitor KPIs, encouraging the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective upselling techniques. Collaborate closely with the owner to implement store strategies, optimise operations, and ensure alignment with the brand's vision. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain a high standard of store presentation that reflects the luxury brand. Manage stock levels and inventory control to maximise product availability. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training to enhance team skills and professional growth. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently, maintaining a positive store reputation.
