We are currently seeking a Store Manager for one of our esteemed clients based in County Mayo.As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, managing inventory, and leading a team of individuals. Your leadership skills, strategic mindset, and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences will be instrumental to the business.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of supermarket operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Recruit, train, and supervise department managers and store staff to ensure efficient and effective performance.Provide leadership and guidance to foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and address any inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.Implement initiatives to enhance the shopping experience and build customer loyalty.Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to meet customer demand and minimize wastage and overstock situations.Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage.Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and increase store visibility.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and promotions.Build and maintain relationships with the local community and stakeholders to support store initiatives and enhance brand reputation.QualificationsPrevious experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket or grocery store.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
