Meadows and Byrne are looking for an ambitious store manager to join their team on a permanent contract, in their new store in Douglas Cork, opening at the beginning of November. Established in Co. Cork in 1993, Meadows & Byrne is a leading lifestyle company with 13 stores nationwide. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and training an energetic team to deliver a 5-star experience for our customers. The successful candidate will be a proven leader, enthusiastic, dynamic, and have a proven track record of achieving results. They will be target-driven and sales-focused with a strong emphasis on customer service and people development. A keen eye for the latest trends is also essential, and excellent visual merchandising skills would be a distinct advantage. Responsibilities of this job include: Providing excellent leadership and guidance in store. Opening and closing the store. Ensuring the store and team are set up each day to ensure optimal productivity. Maintaining regular communication with head office. Understanding and analysing P&L reports. Implementing excellent standards of merchandising. Delivering store targets. Any other ad hoc duties. Role requires full availability 5 days over 7. Salary dependent on experience. Job Type: Permanent Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year. Schedule: Monday to Friday. Weekend availability. Work Location: In person. #J-18808-Ljbffr
