Job Summary: Store Manager Parfois Mahon Point Shopping Centre - leading a team of 7-10 people to achieve commercial success and provide a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the team and store with the support of an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, and Sales Assistants, and the Retail Operations Manager.
Oversee the daily running of the store and develop a team of 7-10 people.
Motivate and coach the team to achieve store targets, maximize opportunities, and provide a great customer experience.
Drive strategy and strive to get results for the store, ensuring a strong floor presence.
Requirements:
Highly capable leader with strong customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proven experience in driving sales and meeting targets in store.
Strong knowledge and understanding of KPIs.
Strong communication skills to establish and coach team members.
Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for fashion and retail.
Pro-active and results-driven.
Work well under pressure.
Prior experience with a leading fashion retailer/brand preferred.
