Meadows & Byrne, a leading lifestyle company, is seeking an ambitious Store Manager to join their team in their new store in Douglas Cork.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and training an energetic team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
The successful candidate will be a proven leader, enthusiastic, dynamic, and have a strong emphasis on customer service and people development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent leadership and guidance in store
- Opening and closing the store
- Ensuring the store and team are set up each day for optimal productivity
- Maintaining regular communication with head office
- Understanding and analysing P&L reports
- Implementing excellent standards of merchandising
- Delivering store targets
Role requires full availability 5 days over 7, with a salary dependent on experience.
Job Type: Permanent, Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year, Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability.
