Opportunities for Progression to next level. We are looking for a successful Retail Manager from a service led environment with strong skill set in operations. The customer shopping experience is paramount here and the right candidate will be the perfect host, commercially minded and ambitious to continue this stores success. story. You will demonstrate a passion for the brand with an uncompromising commitment to exceptional service. Have managed a min of 2-3 million sales Turnover and staffing of 15-30. Inspire your team, manage their performance; including continuous training. Experience with Premium Brands, High Street Fashion, Jewellery or a luxury. Monitor adherence of store targets, KPIs and standards You will have excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a large product turnover environment.
