Job Description

Lead a high-performing management team to drive profitability and sales, delivering excellent customer service and KPI's across the store.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a positive culture, driving commercial impact, and ensuring operational excellence.

With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will lead by example, setting clear expectations and ensuring direct reports are aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive profitability and sales through the delivery of the Store P&L and Retail Plan across the store.
  • Create a positive culture, role modelling new digital ways of working and leadership behaviours.
  • Deliver great standards and service by setting clear expectations with direct reports.
  • Regularly review individual performance of the leadership team through quality conversations.
  • Ensure all line management and people activities are delivered in accordance with company process and policy.
  • Deliver operational excellence to maximise product availability and minimise stock and cash loss.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Proven ability to lead a high-performing management team.
  • Substantial understanding and up-to-date knowledge of commercial, visual, operational, and people processes and systems.
  • Ability to successfully embed change for lasting commercial impact and results.
  • Holds themselves and their teams accountable for delivering objectives and business targets.
