Store Manager role in a leading apparel retailer in North Dublin, with opportunities for career growth and development in the company.
We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to lead our team in North Dublin. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and store performance through commercial understanding and visual merchandising expertise. You will also be responsible for managing a team of at least 12 staff members and ensuring the successful execution of daily and weekly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive brand concept and increase sales
- Conduct daily and weekly floor walks to assess product placement, visual standards, stock replenishment, and general store flow
- Take ownership of store recruitment, staff inductions, and key development areas of employees
- Support colleagues in achieving their daily targets through communication, floor planners, and celebrating success
- Work and exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs in stores
Requirements:
- Current experience as a Store Manager, Deputy Manager, or Assistant Manager in high street fashion, apparel, sport, or accessories
- Proven retail experience with a team size of at least 12 staff members and managing a turnover of €1 million plus
- Drive, ambition, and natural love for being a Store Manager
- Passion for visual merchandising and driving store success with product and people
