Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise store profitability by controlling costs and delivering on key performance indicators.
- Ensure a fantastic customer experience every day, based on core store standards.
- Lead and motivate the store's team.
- Manage performance, development, and training of the store team.
- Ensure the implementation of all company policies and procedures in-store.
- Day-to-day management of store operations.
- Ensure the safety, health, and welfare of the store.
Requirements:
- Retail Management experience (5+ years), ideally in beauty or fashion.
- Well-developed people skills.
- Experience in managing performance.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent work structuring and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Numerate.
