Job Description: We're seeking an experienced store manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in our Dublin store.
As a store manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting the brand leader in managing and motivating the team to deliver a world-class brand experience
- Supporting the development of team members and providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
- Overseeing the planning and delivery of monthly floor sets and promotional activities to drive sales and engage customers
- Ensuring the store is always looking its best and that team members are equipped to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Providing leadership and support to stylist team members and handling customer queries and complaints
- Working closely with the brand leader to resolve any issues that may arise and to ensure the store is running smoothly
We're looking for someone with:
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the fashion industry
- The ability to think strategically and make decisions that drive business results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- A passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
