Full-Time Experienced Store Manager for Co. Tipperary
The Role:
- Passionate about retail and delivering high standards of customer service.
- Manage staff, encourage and mentor their progress, leading by example.
- Maintain the staff rota, identify training needs, and address them accordingly.
- Ensure a working environment that complies with Health & Safety legislation.
- Exhibit a positive, eager-to-succeed attitude.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in the electrical retail sector is essential
Successful Candidate :
- At least 2+ years of experience in an electrical managerial role.
- Versatile and capable of multitasking.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to lead a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and plan the day efficiently and effectively.
