Seeking permanent Store Manager for Dublin 22 site. Manage and develop a team of Store Assistants, promoting multi-channel sales and driving revenue. Key responsibilities include coaching, performance management, stock management, and customer relationship management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Coach and develop team members to high levels of service and selling skills
* Promote multi-channel sales propositions
* Assess customer feedback and initiate action plans
* Manage and motivate store team to deliver targets
* Execute marketing campaigns
* Identify commercial trends and suggest improvements to product range
* Keep up to date on the hair and beauty industry
