Fashion Store Manager in South Dublin
Experienced Store Manager sought to lead a high-performing team in a well-known Fashion and Beauty retail chain, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Our client is a reputable Fashion and Beauty retail chain with a strong focus on customer service. They are expanding their brand and seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their South Dublin store.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Maximising store profitability and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and cost control.
- Implementing company policies and procedures, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Developing and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and personal goals.
- Managing and analysing departmental sales performance, and implementing action plans as needed.
- Building strong relationships with head office personnel, external business partners, and team members.
- Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and align with the company plan.
- Overseeing store schedules to control costs and stay within budget.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-4+ years of fashion management experience.
- Experience in managing a team of 15-20+.
- An inspirational leadership style with enthusiasm and a positive outlook.
- Previous experience in managing sales turnover of €3m+.
- Commercial and operational management experience.
