Our client a leader in Home/ DIY and Gardening is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join their business for one of their North Dublin Stores. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers, team leaders and sales colleagues Drive sales performance, ensuring the store meets and exceeds sales targets. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience. Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store layout to optimise sales. Handle store budgets, including inventory control, staffing costs, and operational expenses. Implement health and safety procedures and ensure store compliance with all company policies. Analyse and interpret sales reports to develop effective strategies for improvement. Foster an innovative work environment, encouraging new ideas and ensuring a highly engaged team. Key Requirements: 3-4 years Store Management experience in high volume Fashion, Non-food or Grocery Experience in managing, leading and empowering teams of 30+ Strong leadership and team-building skills. Strategic and commercial with strong decision-making skills KPI driven and P&L focused Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to influence and engage with all levels of an organisation. Understands the benefits of having a highly engaged team and leads a culture in-store.
