Store Manager Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving sales, ensuring excellent store standards and achieving success across your store through your people leadership skills and your ability to make strategic decisions ? Our client a leader in Home/ DIY and Gardening is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join their business for one of their North Dublin Stores. With Stores nationwide, out client is a market leader in people leadership and well-being, excellent product and price alongside enjoying a loyal and repeat customer. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers, team leaders and sales colleagues Drive sales performance, ensuring the store meets and exceeds sales targets. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience. Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store layout to optimise sales. Handle store budgets, including inventory control, staffing costs, and operational expenses. Implement health and safety procedures and ensure store compliance with all company policies. Analyse and interpret sales reports to develop effective strategies for improvement. Foster an innovative work environment, encouraging new ideas and ensuring a highly engaged team. Key Requirements: 3-4 years Store Management experience in high volume Fashion, Non-food or Grocery Experience in managing, leading and empowering teams of 30+ Strong leadership and team-building skills. Strategic and commercial with strong decision-making skills KPI driven and P&L focused Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to influence and engage with all levels of an organisation. Understands the benefits of having a highly engaged team and leads a culture in-store.
