You’ll have the drive, enthusiasm, and skills to manage both the operational and people side of the business effectively.Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant retail management positionAn understanding of how to achieve KPIs and targetsStrong knowledge and experience of reading and actioning reportsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Excellent communication skillsGood delegation skillsHighly driven with a strong work ethicPassion for grocery retailThrive in a fast-paced working environmentMain Duties:Oversee and ensure the smooth running of the storeSet, monitor and achieve sales targets with the team on gross profit margin, net margin, waste and other KPIs as agreed with Store OwnerImplement planograms correctly and ensure the correct range is in place in storeManage employee rostering and annual leave and maintain accurate and secure recordsEngage with the Store Owner on a regular basisEnsure merchandising and presentation of the entire store is of the highest standard at all times and in accordance with relevant store planograms and guidelinesDevelop and promote good communication between employees and management in a safe, respectful and inclusive environmentDeal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policyEngage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of workingPlease apply today if you are interested or contact emma.doyle@cpl.ie for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
