Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure high operational standards are maintained across the store, including visual merchandising and stock management.

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Manage store budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business decisions.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
