Job Description
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead a community-based store selling grocery products, hardware, and homeware in Letterkenny.
Our store is a new format store that requires an ambitious and result-driven Store Manager to develop and manage the business.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a managerial role in a retail store and possess strong people skills, leadership abilities, and a positive attitude.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Directing and supervising activities within the store
- Checking in deliveries
- Achieving targets
- Working with the team to achieve high standards of customer excellence
- Working with the team to deliver high store standards
The Store Manager will be a strong leader who can motivate and develop the team to achieve excellent customer service and store standards.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary circa 34k (neg) + bonus and will be part of a dynamic team.
