Job Summary:

A Store Manager is sought to lead a community-based store selling grocery products, hardware, and homeware, achieving high standards of customer excellence and store standards.

The store is looking for an ambitious and result-driven Store Manager to manage this new format store. The candidate must be able to work within set budgets and be committed to developing the store.

Main Responsibilities:

• Directing and supervising activities within the store
• Checking in deliveries
• Achieving targets
• Working with your team to achieve high standards of customer excellence
• Working with your team to deliver high store standards

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in a managerial role in a Retail store
• A strong people person with experience of dealing with staff
• A positive and energetic attitude
• Ability to lead and motivate
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Strong working knowledge of HACCP
