Job Description
We are seeking a Store Manager for a leading high street fashion and apparel store in Dundrum, County Dublin. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the store, including people management, merchandising, sales, and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the retail team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, merchandising plans, and promotional activities
- Managing inventory levels, stock rotation, and ordering processes to optimize product availability and minimize shrinkage
- Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Driving operational excellence by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and professionalism within the store
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation, cleanliness, and safety
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years' experience as a Store Manager in fashion or non-food retail
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving KPIs
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high standards of customer service
- An interest in fashion and high street
A competitive salary package is offered, including a basic salary of €38,000 to €42,000, a KPI performance-related bonus of €5,000, and an additional retention bonus paid yearly (up to €3,000).
