Store Manager Job In Sligo

Seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of sales assistants in a fast-paced retail environment, driving sales, KPI's, and customer satisfaction.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will develop and implement strategies to drive sales, KPI's, and increase profitability. You will also ensure the store is properly merchandised and maintained to company standards, manage inventory levels, and conduct regular stock checks.

• Lead, coach, and train a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a store management role, preferably in fashion, non-food, or grocery.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPI's.
• Ability to effectively manage inventory and control costs.
• Ability to work 40 hours.
