**New Look is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in Killarney, delivering great results through commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and customer obsession.**

**As Store Manager, you will:** • Lead a team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere in our high street store • Deliver a shopping experience that helps customers express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion • Create and lead a team who support one another and deliver results, while having fun along the way • Be fully accountable for your store performance, working alongside your Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities that impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales
**You will be:** • A previous store or deputy management experience • A track record of effectively leading and managing a team • A New Look brand adorer • A history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives • Commercial acumen • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service • Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently
