Job Summary: We're seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in creating a customer-obsessed atmosphere in our Killarney store, delivering great results through commerciality, collaboration, and customer obsession.

The Role:
- Lead a team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere in our high street store.
- Create a genuine shopping experience that helps customers express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion.
- Develop and lead a team that supports one another and delivers results, while having fun along the way.
- Be fully accountable for your store performance, working alongside your Territory Leader to identify opportunities that impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
About You:
- Previous store or deputy management experience.
- A track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
- A genuine passion for the New Look brand.
- A history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
