Seeking experienced Store Manager to lead fashion and apparel store in Bray, County Wicklow, driving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
We are a leading high street chain requiring a Store Manager to oversee all aspects of the store, including people management, merchandising, and service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, merchandising plans, and promotional activities.
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and ordering processes to optimize product availability and minimize shrinkage.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and professionalism within the store.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years' experience as a Store Manager in fashion or non-food retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving KPIs.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high standards of customer service.
- An interest in fashion and high street.
A competitive salary package is offered, including a basic salary of €38,000 to €42,000, a KPI performance-related bonus of €5,000, and an additional retention bonus paid yearly (up to €3,000).
