Job Description

We are presently recruiting a Store Manager for our client's fashion and apparel store in Bray, County Wicklow. Our clients are a leading high street chain and require someone to run and manage their store. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store including people management, merchandising, driving sales and margin, standards, and service. This is a full-time position based in Bray.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, merchandising plans, and promotional activities.
3. Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and ordering processes to optimize product availability and minimize shrinkage.
4. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
5. Drive operational excellence by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
6. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and professionalism within the store.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and logistics, to support business objectives.
8. Maintain a high standard of store presentation, cleanliness, and safety.

The Person:

1. 2-3 years' experience as a Store Manager in fashion or non-food retail.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving KPIs.
3. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high standards of customer service.
4. An interest in fashion and high street.

A basic salary of €38,000 to €42,000 with a KPI performance-related bonus of €5,000 and an additional retention bonus paid yearly (up to €3,000) is offered. For further information, please email .
