Seeking a Store Manager for a busy Retail Chain in Cork City, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and fresh food offerings in a clean and safe environment.
Key responsibilities include managing store operations, achieving sales and profitability targets, and leading a team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management position
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience balancing cash/tills
- Good delegation skills
- Understanding of how to achieve KPIs and targets
- Commerciality and brand awareness
- Previous experience in Retail, Bar or Off license required
