Seeking a Store Manager for a busy Retail Chain in Cork City, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales and profitability.
Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively, providing a clean and safe environment for customers. Deliver on key store targets through effective management of people and operations.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management position
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience balancing cash/tills
- Good delegation skills
- An understanding of how to achieve KPIs and targets
- Commerciality and brand awareness
- Previous experience in Retail, Bar or Off license
Every Second Weekend Off.
