About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Portlaoise, Co. Laois. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the store meets its sales targets and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and merchandise products that meet customer needs and drive sales.
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in a fashion, jewelry, or giftware environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
