Store Manager (Site Manager) We at Excel Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager (Site Manager) to lead our clients team in Wexford. Are clients are successful retailers who have stores all over the South East. The ideal candidate will have a background in supermarket, convenience, or forecourt management and possess a strong passion for fresh food, deli, and coffee. Salary: €55k - €60k DOE Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence Manage and develop the fresh food, deli, coffee, and ice cream concepts, ensuring high standards in quality, hygiene, and presentation Control stock levels, ordering, and waste management to meet financial targets Train, develop, and motivate staff to maintain a high-performance culture Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations Work closely with senior management to drive store growth and profitability Create a welcoming and engaging store environment, ensuring customers have a positive experience Requirements: Proven management experience in supermarket, convenience, or forecourt environments Strong knowledge of fresh food, deli, coffee, and ice cream concepts Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage budgets, targets, and KPIs Passion for delivering high-quality products and customer service If you are interested in this job opportunity then please apply to Alan Treacy via the link below.
