We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor for our clients in Macroom, Co. Cork. Your main responsibility will be to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the convenience store.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage store operations effectively.
- Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise and support store staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and ensure products are accurately priced and well-organized.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and in-store promotions to achieve financial targets.
Key qualifications include:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in retail, preferably in a convenience store setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
