We seek a Store Supervisor for Macroom, Co. Cork, overseeing daily operations and customer service, with strong leadership and team management skills, and experience in inventory management and sales reporting. **Key Responsibilities:**
Assist the Store Manager in managing daily operations, maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer service.
Supervise and support store staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and ensure products are accurately priced and well-organized.
Support the implementation of sales strategies and in-store promotions to achieve financial targets.
Ensure store operations adhere to health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws.
**Qualifications:**
Previous experience in a supervisory role in retail, preferably in a convenience store setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
