Drive revenue growth and customer success for the DACH region as a Strategic Account Executive. Ensure revenue expansion, long-term partnerships, and direction to the extended account team.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Full sales cycle ownership from lead to close with business customers.
- Building trust-based relationships with senior-level sales professionals.
- Understanding customer strategy and related capability and skills requirements.
- Helping customers understand the value of Pluralsight throughout the adoption cycle.
- Developing and setting a strategy to enable Pluralsight's growth within existing businesses and building new opportunities.
Experience and requirements:
- Preferable experience selling in a SaaS organization with multi-year contracts.
- Ability to travel, though not required.
- Expertise in solution-selling, customer-centric selling, strategic selling, and other related areas.
- Experience managing a pipeline and closing contracts.
- Excellent communication skills and proven negotiation and closing skills.
