Job Description

Strategic Agency Manager for Google Customer Solutions (Dutch) - Drive business growth and product adoption for Google by partnering with traditional media agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain external relationships with partners and across the ecosystem.
  • Develop cross-product area strategic partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies.
  • Ideate and drive complex agreements with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners.
  • Serve as the relationship manager for current existing agreements.
  • Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships.
  • Engage with internal cross-functional teams to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Ability to communicate in Dutch fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.
  • Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio in a sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
