Strategic Agency Manager, Google Customer Solutions (Dutch)

Drive business growth and product adoption for Google by partnering with traditional media agencies and increasing the value that Google media brings to their agency business and their customers' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and evolve external relationships with partners and across the ecosystem
  • Develop cross-product area strategic partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet broader Google goals
  • Ideate and drive complex agreements with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners
  • Serve as the relationship manager for current existing agreements
  • Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships
  • Experience working with advertising agencies
  • Ability to communicate in Dutch fluently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships
  • Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners
  • Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio in a sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
