Job Description

This role is a dynamic hands-on role where you will establish strong and credible relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with your functional leadership team to develop functional people plans, deliver the rollout of people initiatives and solutions to meet the needs of the function and business. You will act as a trusted advisor to the functional leadership teams, championing the people agenda and ensuring a consistent approach to embedding an engaging healthy high performance culture. You will be responsible for ensuringthatOrganisational Design is agile to meet the changing needs of the business and to deliver on the strategy.  Reporting to: Director of People Partnering & Operations Main accountabilities and key tasks: · Partnering with the leadership team of your business unit, working closely with them as they develop their strategic plans; positively challenging their plans from a people perspective – considering resourcing, engagement, attrition, talent mapping, alignment etc.  · Developing functional people plans tailored to each functions needs; linked to functional strategies and focused on embedding an engaging healthy high-performance culture.  · Coaching and consulting with your functional teams regularly on issues relating to morale and engagement, performance, compensation, retention,developmentand organization effectiveness, helping to determine root causes and recommending appropriate solutions.  · Developingbusiness insightsfrom all interactionsand combining with data to inform people decisions while moving at speed. · Building trust and credibility with key stakeholders through contribution at weekly functional LT meetings and hosting regular, quality 121s.  · Guiding People Managers and key stakeholders on proactive Performance Management to ensure consistency across thebusiness.  · Ensuring Organisational Design is agile to meet the changing needs of the business.  · Collaborating with and mentoring people managers to ensure that the appropriate resources and capabilities are in place to meet the changing needs and growth aspirations of the organization.  · Involvement in monthly strategic workforce planning providing an overview of functional team health, sharing key insights and collaborating with Talent on people initiatives and interventions.  · Developing and delivering HR solutions to drive proactive performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, talent retention and communication.  · This role acts as a key liaison between each function and the wider People Team, ensuring impactful stakeholder relationship management.  · As a member of the People Partner team you play a key role in ensuring alignment with functional leadership teams on the roll out of people initiatives and communication of policies, mentoring and guiding key stakeholders on all ‘People’ related areas.  · Partnering withthe Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managerson therecruitment for the team(s) you are partnering with and ensuring alignment to headcount process and budgets.  · Partnering with Talent Management to deliver the Talent Management Strategy and identify talent/ development gaps/opportunities across the business.  · Conducting and owning the investigation of complaints and concerns that could result in legal ramifications; assessing the severity, involving appropriateindividualsand facilitating appropriate action based on policy and practice.  Knowledge and Experience: · Strong HR Business Partner experience partnering with senior leaders and managers; experience as a HR business partner essential 5+ years.  · Third level degree in HR or related discipline essential / CIPDQualification.  · Experience of working in a fast paced rapidly changing and challenging environment, demonstrating enthusiasm with a positiveoutlook.  · Proven track record coaching, mentoring and influencing senior stakeholders.  · Excellent communication and influencing skills to build and sustain relationships with businessfunctions.  · Experience developing functional people plans tailored to specific business functions needs.  · A solid track record in managing / advising on complex / sensitive issues.  · Previous experience in a business partnering HR role including the delivery ofprojectsand change programmes.  · Partnering and consultative, employee focused, and resultsorientatedexperience.  · Up to date knowledge of employment legislation.  · Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel andPowerPoint.  #J-18808-Ljbffr
