- Develop and implement improvements to processes, ensuring compliance with all required standards
- Execute Operational Excellence improvement projects (using lean tools and systems) across the site
- Develop e-learning training materials to support on-site processes and technologies (including e-learning training)
- Support change management and strategic deployment initiatives
- Management and continuous improvement of internal communication systems
- Classroom facilitation to support sitewide Learning events
