A snapshot of your key responsibilities as an Implementation Project Manager would be: Strategy Documentation: Compile and consolidate findings from recent strategy workshops into a cohesive strategy document for the Asset Intelligence department. Develop detailed action plans that align with the strategic objectives outlined during the workshops. Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and aligns with the department's long-term goals. Presentation Development: Create professional slide decks that effectively communicate the strategy and action plans to senior leadership teams. Present complex strategic concepts in a clear and understandable manner for various stakeholders. Continuously refine and update presentations based on feedback and evolving departmental needs. Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Asset Intelligence leadership team to ensure that the strategy document and action plans are practical, achievable, and aligned with overall organizational goals. Identify and document key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for the implementation of the strategy. Assist in setting priorities and identifying potential challenges or risks associated with the strategic plan. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights to support the strategy document and action plans. Engage with stakeholders to ensure that the strategy reflects their input and addresses key concerns. Facilitate communication between the Asset Intelligence department and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and support. Requirements: Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate broad objectives into actionable plans. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Written Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and professional documents and presentations. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all strategy documents and materials. Experience: Proven experience in compiling and synthesizing strategic insights into formal documentation and presentations, ideally within a similar industry or department.
