Join our Strategy & Transactions team in Dublin or Cork as an Executive, Manager, or Associate Director.
**Role Summary**
Our team provides core corporate finance services including Lead Advisory M&A, management buy-outs/buy-ins, capital raising, and financial diligence advice.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Experience working in a dynamic team environment
* Strong numerical and financial skills with an understanding of financial statements
* Prior experience and good knowledge of the Corporate Finance landscape
* Ability to manage sell side and buy side mandates, structure and negotiate successful transactions
* Detailed financial and commercial analysis skills
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
* Project management skills and effective time management
* Resilience under pressure to meet deadlines
**Ideal Candidate**
* Relevant analytical or financial qualifications
* Strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry experience
* Analytical approach coupled with strong commercial acumen
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
